These terms govern your use of Pradhya at pradhya.genmindz.ai (the "Service"), an independent educational project operated by [operator name / entity]. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Pradhya provides educational content about working with AI tools. Some content is open; the rest requires a free account. The Service is provided free of charge today; we may add paid features in the future, in which case separate terms will apply to those features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the email address you provide and for activity under your account. Provide an address you control. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service or breach these terms.

4. Acceptable use

The content is for your personal learning. You agree not to:

scrape, bulk-download, republish, redistribute, or resell the content;
remove attributions, or pass the content off as your own;
circumvent the account gate, or share access in a way that defeats it;
interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Intellectual property

The curated lessons, design, and code of Pradhya are owned by Pradhya or its licensors. Where lessons draw on third-party material, that material remains the property of its owners and is used for educational commentary and instruction. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the content for your own learning. No other rights are granted.

6. No affiliation with Anthropic

Pradhya is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude", "Anthropic", and other product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners, referred to here only to describe and teach how to use those products.

7. Disclaimers

The Service and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The content is educational and general in nature; it is not professional, legal, financial, or other expert advice, and you should not rely on it as such. AI products and best practices change quickly, and we do not guarantee that the content is current, accurate, complete, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pradhya and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, for a free account, is zero).

9. Third-party links and tools

The Service links to and references third-party sites and tools. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or availability.

10. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these terms at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the "last updated" date. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

11. Governing law
