Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 July 2026
This policy explains what information Pradhya ("we", "us") collects when you use pradhya.genmindz.ai, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Pradhya is an independent educational project operated by [operator name / entity].
1. What we collect
- Your email address — when you create a free account to unlock the practices.
- Your marketing-consent choice — whether you opted in to new-practice emails, the exact wording you agreed to, and the time you chose.
- Basic technical data at sign-up — your IP address and browser user-agent, recorded with your account for security and abuse-prevention.
- A session cookie — a sign-in token (
id_token) stored in your browser so you stay logged in. It is essential to the login feature; we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not ask for your name, password, payment details, or any special-category data.
2. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To give you access to the content (create and authenticate your free account) — necessary to provide the service you requested.
- To send you new-practice updates — only if you opted in. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To operate and secure the site (prevent abuse, debug, keep records) — our legitimate interest in running a safe service.
3. Where your data is stored
Pradhya runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States (region us-west-2). Your account is held in Amazon Cognito and your record in Amazon DynamoDB; the site is served via Amazon CloudFront. AWS acts as our data processor under its standard data-processing terms. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account record for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from emails, at any time (see below). Withdrawing consent or deleting your account stops further use of your data.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these:
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or the unsubscribe page.
- Delete your account or make a request by emailing hello@genmindz.ai.
If you are in the EU/UK/EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the infrastructure providers above (AWS) that process it on our behalf, and where required by law.
7. Children
Pradhya is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; we will change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let account holders know.
9. Affiliation
Pradhya is an independent educational project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude" and "Anthropic" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive, educational purposes only.
10. Contact
