Project Larkspur — Kickoff Notes
Date: June 2, 2025

Project Larkspur is Tidewater Freight's rollout of a new warehouse-
management system across our three distribution centers: Norfolk, Atlanta,
and Memphis. Kickoff was held today with the core team. Dana Okafor is the
project manager and single point of accountability. Marcus Lindqvist, our
CFO, is the executive sponsor and approved the project at the May board
meeting. The vendor is Cardinal Systems, whose implementation lead is Priya
Raman. Theo Vance leads our internal engineering side.

The goal: replace the aging Norfolk system first as a pilot, prove it, then
extend to Atlanta and Memphis. Target go-live for the Norfolk pilot is
October 6, 2025. Dana set the cadence: weekly steering calls on Mondays,
daily standups during integration. Budget and scope detail to follow.
